HSCC (India) Limited has adopted Integrity pact (IP) for all contracts valuing Rs.5 Crores and above to ensure transparency, impartiality and competitiveness in its procurements/ tenders.
The IP envisages an agreement between the bidders/Contractors/vendors and HSCC (the principle) committing that the persons/officials of both the parties shall not resort to any corrupt, unfair practices during the tendering process and contract execution. The submission of signed IP shall be a preliminary qualification for submitting the bid and entering any contract with HSCC.

The following have been appointed as independent External Monitor(s) (IEMs) to oversee implementation and effectiveness of the integrity pact Program:
In case of any dispute(s) / complaint(s) pertaining to the Contract/ Works/ Tenders, the Bidders/Consultants/Contractors may raise the issue either with the Designated Nodal Officer in HSCC for the implementation of the IP or directly with the IEMs.
