HSCC (I) Ltd., a premier Mini-Ratna engineering consultancy company of Ministry of Health & Family Welfare has entered in to agreement with J&KPCC for the DPR & Detailed design engineering of 4 no. up-coming 50 bedded Mother & Child Hospitals at Districts of Doda, Kathua, Udhampur & Rajouri. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.40 Cr. and HSCC will provide full design engineering support to J&KPCC.
The agreement to this effect was signed on 31st May, 2013 by Sh. D.D. Gorka, GM, J&KPCC and Sh. Narender Kumar, Sr. Manager (BD & ST), HSCC in presence of Sh. T.R. Bhagat, MD, J&KPCC.
HSCC TO DESIGN PAEDIATRIC HOSPITAL FOR J&K GOVT.

Medical College Campus in Srinagar. The estimated cost of the project is Rs.60 Cr. and HSCC will provide full design engineering consultancy for the project.
The agreement to this effect was signed on by Sh. M.K. Dwivedi, Commissioer / Secretary, Health & Medical Education, Govt. of J&K and Sh. Narender Kumar, Sr. Manager (BD & ST), HSCC.
Under Ground Parking Facility at AIIMS New Delhi inaugurated by Shri Ghulam Nabi Azad, Hon’ble Union Minister of Health & Family Welfare on May 6, 2013.
Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony of the New Building Complex of National Centre for Disease Control held on 28th April, 2013 by Shri Ghulam Nabi Azad, Hon’ble Union Minister of Health & Family Welfare in the presence of Shri Keshav Desiraju, Secretary (Health & FW) and Dr. Jagdish Prasad, Director General of Health Services and other senior officials from MOH&FW. HSCC is the design consultant for this project. HSCC’s official explaining the project to Hon’able Union Minister of Health & Family Welfare.
HSCC (I) Ltd. & IIT, Khargpur has joined hands for construction of 750 bedded Super – specialty Hospital, Medical College and allied facilities at IIT Kharagpur. The proposed institute will be in the name of Dr Bidhan Chandra Roy, a legendary medical practitioner, a Bharat Ratna and one of the founders of IIT Kharagpur who gave the initial direction for developing this great Institute. The institute will come up in land of 44 acres.
An agreement to this effect was signed by Dr. T.K. Ghosal, Registrar, IIT KGP and Sh. Narender Kumar, Sr. Manager (BD/ S&T), HSCC on 17.04.2013 in presence of Prof. S.K. Som, Director, IIT, KGP, Prof. N. Dhang, IIT KGP, Sh. T K Mukherjee, S.E., IIT, KGP and Sh Sanjiv Khare, Sr. Manager, HSCC. The project is scheduled to be completed in 28 months.
Under the agreement HSCC shall be responsible for entire project including project planning, selection of Consultants, designing, tendering, execution & implementation of works at site etc.
DTA Excellence Award conferred to CMD, HSCC
Shri Gyanesh Pandey, CMD, HSCC has been conferred with Delhi Telugu Academy Excellence Award : Samaikya Bharati Gaurav Satkar. On behalf of Shri Gyanesh Pandey, CMD, HSCC, Shri A. K. Aggarwal, Exective Director, HSCC received the award at a befitting ceremony on April 7, 2013 from Hon’ble Minister of Communication & IT, Shri Kapil Sibal in the august presence of Hon’ble MOS for Communication and IT, Dr. (Mrs.) Kruparani Killi.
Agreement signed on 28th March 2013 between HSCC and NEIGRIHMS, Shillong for providing Comprehensive Consultancy Services for establishment of Regional Cancer Centre, Expansion of Nursing College & Hostel and UG Medical College & Hostel. Mr. A K Aggarwal, Executive Director, HSCC has signed on behalf of HSCC and Dr. A G Ahangar, Director, NEIGRIHMS on behalf of NEIGRIHMS in presence of officers of HSCC and NEIGRIHMS.
HSCC enters into MOU with EdCIL
Shri Gyanesh Pandey, Chairman and Managing Director, HSCC and Smt. Anju Banerjee, Chairman and Managing Director, EdCIL signed an MOU on March 11, 2013. The MOU is aimed to strengthen collaboration in the mutual areas like Training of personnel in Healthcare Sector; Management of Government Sponsored Schemes like ASHA; Design & Engineering work/ Project Management for infrastructure work within the country as well as international level; Consortium bidding for Projects both within India and abroad; and Placement of Foreign students in Indian Medical Colleges for Training.
A meeting held in the office of Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare, New Delhi along with Health Minister of Nepal where in CMD, HSCC and other senior officials of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, New Delhi were present on 13th February, 2013 reg. review of Bir Hospital Kathmandu, Nepal project.

HSCC APPOINTED AS CONSULTANTS FOR GOVT. MEDICAL COLLEGE PALAKKAD, GOVT. OF KERALA
HSCC has been appointed by Govt. of Kerala as Consultants for their upcoming 100 Students intake Govt. Medical College at Palakkad. The project is scheduled to be completed in record 16 months time from the date of its commencement.
The foundation stone for the Medical College was laid down by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Kerala Shri. Oommen Chandy on Jan 14th, 2013 in the august presence of Shri. A. P. Anil Kumar Hon’ble Minister for Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes, Hon’ble Sh. Shafi Parambil, MLA, Palakkad, Sh. S. Subbiah, Special Officer, Palakkad Medical College, Sh.
